Having trouble making a decision between giving to MSI and the Iconoclasts in a faction quest. While I don’t like how MSI treats it’s people, I also don’t like how Iconoclasts do and I haven’t been able to try to form peace between the two. What do you guys think is the better option?

If you’ve done the Zora’s side quests you can reach a compromise

Space-cult_Rocketeer

Iconoclasts, they have cooler armor.

F1DL5TYX

They have the best look in the game, followed by Sub-Light

Gunslinger7604

If you did Zora’s quests you can make peace with both of them. Put Zora in charge of the iconoclasts and then talk about maybe making peace

PunProTips

I forget if I did this task of not. Is it a side quest or a character quest?

Gunslinger7604

It’s a side quest When gramm or whatever his name had you has you get the printing rollers she asks you to get medical supply so if you don’t get those supplies you can’t do the quest

PunProTips

Oh okay. I’ll have to take a look. Thanks for the tip!

Gunslinger7604

If you can’t I suggest the MSI because you at least give monarch a decent chance of survival in my opinion and compared to the others corporations the MSI are really good people

PunProTips

Hey so I found the review! I’m going to try to go make Sanjay compromise. I’m wondering if there was any hints or small build up to going exploring over there because getting the review seems pretty left field. I feel like I had to ask this on Reddit here in order for me to know what to do to get both sides to work together. Maybe I’ll just open all messages on all computers as a general rule? I know a well written game rewards you for exploring so there’s that.

Gunslinger7604

It’s just affects the monarch story as far as I know

PunProTips

Turns out I didn’t do one of the optional quests for that lady in the iconoclasts (whoops!) so I am forced to fight against them. Oh well. 🤷‍♀️

Jim_from_snowy_river

I took the crashed ship drive thing but I won’t give it to either one.

PunProTips

I guess that’s an option too! 😂

Jim_from_snowy_river

Idk. I didn’t like either group enough to support.

PunProTips

I feel the same way. They both ignore their people. One for the sake of their message. One for profit. Both are bad.

Jim_from_snowy_river

I’m literally tempted to go through the game and just kill all of them.

Earltender

I think both groups end up dying off if you don't unite them. I'm on my #evilplaythrough right now so I am going to end them all.

makdotcer

I reached a compromise both times I played but IIRC there is no major benefit from the choice besides reputation boosts.

kennyFF92

MSI are trying to make a difference while Iconoclasts are blind extremists (at least if Zora isn't their leader). So in your case I'd choose MSI, they're not so bad and are more reasonable.

stadulevich

Why not both?

Puzzleheaded_Judge58

You can do a compromise if you get Zora to be the leader, but you need to do some exploring to get her into power

Tallywa93

You have to side with Zora through the iconoclasts rather than Graham. This will open up information which will allow you to make peace between the two. I had to play through twice to get it. I rushed things the first time.
