Sovcit is enforcing their rights, surely this can only go well.
By - thepanichand
Well. The landlords, utility companies and public service organizations will be enforcing their rights as well. I suppose we'll have to see whose rights end up enforced in the end.
Seriously, is it any more transparent that sovereign citizens think they're the ONLY people who have rights?
I mean, at least the moopish sovereign citizens come right out and literally say that's their position but it's really clear here this asshole doesn't think anyone else has any rights.
I'll never understand it. What does squatting on a private citizen's private property have to do with sovereignty from the government? Does he think landlords are part of the government?
Does that mean that if he bought a house he would respect another SovCit claiming that property as their own?
Property rights are protected by the gummint. If the gummint doesn't exist, then you can squat or travel wherever you like
If the person or agency that thinks they own the property harms you in any way, you suddenly recognize the government and sue or demand that the police intervene.
It's weird how they only recognize US currency as valid when it involves them being paid, particularly when they file trillion dollar lawsuits against judges. Then suddenly, when it comes to bills and fines US currency is completely not applicable to them.
Obligatory [*"that time I was sued for two billion dollars"*](https://youtu.be/KSWqx8goqSY).
TL;DR Book about not paying taxes (which was origonally distributed for free) is apparently worth money? (I love the mental gymnastics these people go through)
Yeah if no government it would resort back to "whoever has the best ability to leverage physical violence gets what they want" but they obviously don't see it that way. They want the law to apply to everyone except for them so they get to do what they want.
These idiots lack object permanence and theory of mind. They literally think they are the protagonists of the world
They clearly have object permanence - how else would they remember where their vehic-- I mean, property is when they go to driv-- I mean, travel?
A fucking cheat and tax fraud. Guys like this only make our lives more expensive.
No, people on the Forbes list make your life more expensive. compared to them these people are fuck all
No. These people make already expensive stuff and make it more so. Car insurance is higher in my state because they’re never insured properly. License fees are higher because they never pay for a license. Banks charge a little bit more because they get foreclosed on. Property taxes are higher because they never pay any.
And then there are the ludicrous lawsuits our justice system needs to deal with. Even when they inevitably lose the moronic lawsuits, it costs my tax money.
The institutions will **NOT** lose that funding, so the price goes up to everyone else.
Of course the Forbes billionaires are fucking us, i have no sympathy for them, or for the moops and sovereigns.
You mean the Moore's and sovereigns right?
Yes. Talking about the moops & sovcits
If the pandemic taught me anything, it’s this:
Everybody cares about THEIR rights and freedoms. But they don’t give a shit about YOUR rights or freedoms.
Wait, other people have rights too? Who knew!
I always knew that in the back of my head but when people started hoarding toilet paper I lost all hope for humanity.
If he was a socialist, at least he'd be internally consistent.
You know, there is actually a right way to do this. Pay cash or pay off your car loan and mortgage. Then you'll have the right to not pay rent or a monthly car payment. .
Somehow I don't think that's this guy's trick.
Banks hate this one weird trick!!!
Lol they kindof do though. "You mean we can't keep collecting interest from you for the next 3 - 30 years?"
Dealerships that think you'll finance through them seem to be bothered by large down payments in my experience.
I feel like more and more, a lot of these places are trying to become more of a financial institution than a place to buy a product. It's getting gross.
Agreed. When I refinanced my mortgage a few years ago the bank tried really hard to sell me on a cash out refi and did not seem happy with my insistence that I only wanted to refinance the outstanding balance to take advantage of a drop in interest rates.
They really do hate that. Way back when interest rates were really dropping and a 5-year old with a piggy bank could get a loan to buy a house from the mortgage companies, I decided to re-fi my house in order to get away from BofA and do a 15-year mortgage on the remaining balance. I shopped around and every mortgage company was just screaming at me about how I "only" had a balance of $98,000.00 USD on a property then worth around $600,000.00 and I was just crazy not to take all that equity out and go wild with it. It took forever to get people clear on the fact that I did not have any intention of snatching all the equity out of the property I was living in and intended to stay in for many more years.
Oh, they absolutely do! Same with payday lenders and collection agencies
Yeah I almost thought that's what this person meant, they paid off the truck and will have the house paid off soon... but not paying bills?
Moving out of town and off the grid? Good for them if they can actually not need anything from other people, I guess.
sovcits; give me everything for free while I contribute nothing to society....
In fairness, guy said nothing about taxes.
Homeboy is about to learn what repossession and eviction are.
I bet you they think they are smarter than the repo people, and that parking it a block down the road in the church parking lot will stop them from figuring out where it’s at.
"SIR I DO NOT WISH TO ENGAGE IN JOINDER WITH YOU! SIR! SIR! MY RIGHTS ARE BEING VIOLATED!"
Probably not his first lesson in those subjects either
A few more and he might pass the class
Sad to say, I'm doubtful it'll be his last either.
Along with garnishment and asset seizure, assuming he has a job and a bank account.
I'm pretty sure Dunning Kruger is a requirement to be a sovcit.
> I'm pretty sure Dunning Kruger is a requirement to be a sovcit.
I mean, in all fairness, it's part of being human. Some of us simply are aware of it and work to ensure we're not falling victim to it ourselves. Not that this excuses those who don't, of course, but I think it's disingenuous to assume only idiots can fall into that particular trap.
We're all idiots that way. But some of us try to leaven our delusions with a pinch of reality.
He simply won’t consent and they will have to leave or violate his rights.
I don’t go to the dentist or the doctor and soon won’t eat greens any longer either. Why? Because I cannot conceptualize the consequences of my actions.
I hadn't realized fat activists and sovcits had so much in common.
I'm a bit slow. Would you kindly explain wtf you were trying to say?
Fat activists pretend like it's the doctor's bias that gives people diabetes, not the dietary choices. And people avoid the doctor because they don't want to be told they are overweight.
It's exactly the same thought process.
Ill take the bet that he has a new truck
I’ll bet he bought a new truck he can’t afford because he’s convinced himself this vat of horseshit is genuine.
He's paying it off, using his SSN.
The "right" to take stuff and not pay for it? Make videos and post them. This is going to be fun.
It’s funny how the law has been interpreted by this person to be 100% in their favor. Wow what a coincidence..
Seems like a more common state of mind recently.
I don't pay bills, I don't have a car note on my brand new truck and soon won't pay rent anymore either. Why? Because I used my trust fund to buy my new truck and I'm moving back in with my parents so I don't have to pay rent.
But see https://news.yahoo.com/judge-evicts-him-michael-rotondo-164012680.html?guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly9kdWNrZHVja2dvLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAAEVqrj94AHyj8BQke-b8vLWfkrUz6_dMsk22pZvkLdEAVGggR7XwRqHe4K4c67hJjA3QQwRns5hkWkLB32Jqx5MZujAYOZxEcOJJt5Cc7RQ9DCzRLe89293l18VrEC2f6gaR0351tPzzDhH2Qc3U0WwpARB2UN_u6tDA0KIk9p1r
Wow, that's surprising close to me...and in/near a city...
See who's going to get evicted and have his truck impounded?
I finally saw a post the other day that made me see why they think they can get stuff for free. They think the day they are born an account is created with money in it. When you get loans the money is taken out of it and given to whomever you buy it from. Then the bank and government makes you pay it back so they can keep using it without your permission. They are a special bunch.
Yes I've read this before too; they think a corporation is started in your name by the government and you are worth 2 million dollars? Something like that.
Why not 20 million? Why not quatloos? How did people calculate this magic account when there was no fiat currency? Their weight in salt ?
Supposedly it's something about like, how the projected input into society is X million dollars over a persons lifetime, and that's why the money. I don't know more detail than that.
That corporation bit is important to their third person "not a citizen" arguments...but is there any stated reason the believe they are immediately incorporated? What purpose would that serve at birth, before you are legally independent from your parents anyways? If anyone can reasonably become incorporated later in life, then why would it all be important to be incorporated at birth...?
Every layer you dig into this it just makes less sense 🤣
Ask them if they think stealing is wrong, and they'll enthusiastically say it is.
Ask them if they think it's okay to take a new truck without paying for it, and they'll enthusiastically make excuses.
I'd like "This person's stuff will be in a series of cardboard boxes and black hefty bags in 30 days" for $500, Alex.
You lose. It can take years. And, by the way, that long delay also protects YOU when you're confronted by a criminal landlord
LOL - if they think they don't pay tax, I'd love to hear how they get fuel
They liberate it from The Man's gas tank using a hose.
Homemade hose? Out of animal intestine?
What is the longest possible interval before a Sovcit’s shenanigans are interrupted by repossession and eviction?
A year or two?
Or how long can they typically run with this garbage?
I don’t think they thought this cunning plan all the way through.
I’ll take “what is a fucking fool “ for 500 Alex
I want to be there when the sovcit decides he is owed all the money that he paid in rent and tries to sue the landlord.
Also, what's a "car note"?
It's slang for your car loan.
oh, interesting. good to know.
Pink slip or registration would be my guess
“I have the right to steal other people’s services” god these people are insufferable
How do they think they have a right not to pay rent when they sign a lease which is a contract saying they will pay rent?
Probably signed it with an X or something, stating "this document is void" and crossing their fingers behind their back.
I hope he’ll keep us updated on our rights after he goes to jail.
TIL having a brand new truck is a right…
Says the guy with no car and no house...
It's a bold move, Cotton
Why are their rights always not paying for anything?
Hope they enjoy living under a bridge.
A bridge built with other people's tax money.
I feel sorry for the landlord who has deal with this pile of crap.
Sometimes I wonder if the sovcit thing is some especially cruel prank to trick idiots into homelessness/prison.
Well, they got Wesley Snipes. Take that as you will.
“*Na na na na na na, the rules don’t apply to ME!*”
How did they get the impression that they can make use of goods and services but not pay for them?
Some are grifters.
Some are unlucky souls desperately trying to find a way out of a predicament that's not their fault
Some are incompetent and never can figure out how to survive in the real world. So they turn to this shit.
The first group needs to go to jail. The second needs a helping hand. People in the third group need legal guardians.
How is this possible? Unless he is rich I find this unlikely lol.
He enforces his rights...yes, of course.
These idiots can be dangerous as hell. There video of an officer stopping a car. While sovvie dad is talking to the officer, his son pulls out an AK and kills the cop. It's fine though because the officer was illegally detaining them for traveling! /s
You’ll have plenty of time to not pay bills, rent, and car notes when you’re living in a VAN DOWN BY THE RIVER!
Sovcits never own anything. They lease or rent everything (or live with their moms). If they owned a single thing they’d understand how stupid they sound.
Roy Cohn's plan was to live well and die owing everybody money.
What gold fringe law do they point to to explain why they don't need to pay rebt/bills/loans they take on?
If you're insane enough, you don't need laws.
I think it's their conceptual separation of the "straw man" and whatever they consider themselves. All the contracts and debt were associated to the legal identity on paper which they have decided is a separate entity. The legal paper person is responsible for for fulfilling the legal shit (which they dont...and that not real person then is dissolved) and they get to benefit from everything they could possibly want but not actually be responsible for anything.
I have an employee like this. He thinks the earth is flat, covid is created by 5g and he wants to be a sovereign citizen. His grasp on reality is tenuous at best but he's convinced he's been given a gift from God to have a deeper understanding of literally everything than anyone else.
He also drinks bleach in an attempt to cure his autism.
Good news, if he drinks enough bleach the voices he hears in his head will stop and his autism will go away.
I really believe that.
JIMMY11: of the FAMILY of FELIDAE: HOUSE of CAT11, a freeman on land, a sovereign non-corporation; a/freeman/ :of a: species: not in commerce or in joinder::with:: or subject to the UNIFORM/COMMERCIAl:CODE:://declares this is stupid as hell. [paw print][signature][notary signature]
Yeah he's got one thing right, he won't pay rent any longer soon because he'll be evicted.
Then they better stay off the taxpayers roads and utilities. Sovereign citizens don’t get the benefits paid for by American citizens
Sovcit has died of dysentery.
This kind of stupidity will get you sued, evicted and possibly some jail time. All well deserved.
He soon will have his wages garnished, his truck impounded, and an eviction sign on his door.
This sounds like the beginning of a marathon. Aaaaaaaaaa.
I would say she or he or whatever. Is going to be homeless. But I am sure jail counts as a home...lol.
Well good luck keeping anything you don't pay for.
Where are people posting this nonsense? Or should I just know it's facebook?
It's a Facebook group for sovereign citizens.
My gawd that must be a fun bunch
So after the bank, landlord, and utility companies have enforced their own rights, will the sovtard claim rights to a park bench? Too bad it belongs to the city.
