StoicDruid

Not the greatest batch!

simpinforsirvelos

Best balance strain I’ve found so far. Yet to try dancehall but got my first 3.5 of this yesterday and it’s much better then the PSF balance aka pennywise ounce I got. Very tasty, moist and got me baked with no anxiety.

CapN-DaFt

Yep!

the_real_Alex14

I would definitely recommend dancehall over just about any other balanced sativa strain on the OCS right now. As some who smokes exclusively balanced strains, it's hands down my favourite. Mango Haze is absolutely second, but there's still a bit of a gap in my opinion.

Spocks-Nephew

Mango Haze for the win by a sizeable gap imo.

sunshinelifter

I was gonna finally try it, but I'm anxious I'll get this batch.

Spocks-Nephew

Vape this shot and you won’t be.

teamwoke

I second this, dancehall is top tier. If you don't need an exact 1:1 ratio and are open to trying a hybrid: Cali-O by Kiwi Cannabis is a good smoke too at a relatively low price. I find it's a great daytime smoke.

mcburloak

I like them both and keep one around in the bar at all times. I do find the Dancehall a little more get up and go, and the Mango Haze a little more chill.

joewhodunit

i gave mine a 9/10 and leafly gives it 8.8 looks ain't everything smokes GR8 and helps my arthritis

AstrumRimor

Try the Mango Taffy by Good Buds, I get wonderful pain relief from that one. It also doesn’t look the fanciest. 😌

Tattooed_canna_queen

I’m embarrassed to tell people how well this hits. But it’s so good!

thisiznick

How was it OP?

Truchely

I got this coming in tomorrow. Hopefully it's good.

HashTruffle

Knocks me out.

whereistherosin

Excellent choice.

This crap (6% thc 12% cbd) gave me an unreal panic attack last night. Felt dizzy as hell, had to go straight to bed with gf hugging me, felt cold and clammy, had images flashing through my mind very quickly for 2 hours, couldn’t control it at all. It felt like being strapped into a scary roller coaster. Meanwhile I can smoke kush cookies at 24% and feel next to no anxiety. There’s something going on with weed. Or me, I’m not sure but I doubt it’s me. I’m tired of finding strains I can’t trust. I bought this because back in January I had an even worse effect from trailer park buds indica, the black domina strain. It was the same effect, though. I thought smoking this low thc strain w high cbd would help. It fucking did not. I bought 3.5g and refuse to touch the rest. This effect is unlike any other strain I’ve had in 13 years. It borders on a fucking hallucinogen. It kept trying to make my eyes wide and I couldn’t even walk. It felt like my consciousness was blipping in and out. What the hell happened? Panic attack? Stroke? Stroke and panic attack? This was not like any effect profile I’ve ever had. I just had 12 hours of sleep and I can still feel it fucking with my head. I been smoking for over a decade and have never experienced bullshit like this.

Spocks-Nephew

It’s definitely you.

DJGammaRabbit

Comforting, and I can’t disagree when my gf and others smoke it and are just fine. With so little thc I was like this shouldn’t happen at all. Might be a haze strain or sativa thing.

TaraMeows

Some people get bad anxiety and panic attacks as a side effect from consuming thc (no matter the amount). I've had friends who have had to stop altogether because they just can't handle it anymore. Some people just take and break and are fine after a bit of a reset. But I would say if you're feeling like this after smoking, you may wanna stop or try another method of consumption.

DonSalaam

Low THC, sativa-dominant strains like Mango Haze aren't great for sleep, I have found. They are good day-time strains that inspire creativity, reduce anxiety and encourage activity. You want to smoke this before a gym session or a run, or even for micro-dosing at the start of your day.

DJGammaRabbit

There’s something weird going on with strains lately. If it’s fine with others, great, but I don’t know what it’s doing to me. I had covid flu in Jan and smoking this was a nightmare. I smoked 1 bowl in a bong and it just flattened me. It was like “me” was slipping away. I didn’t use it for sleep. Maybe I have brain damage.

jamanatron

It sounds like you may be experiencing some THC sickness. What you’re describing is pretty strange, particularly to be coming from a balanced strain like this one. But I am, admittedly, no expert.

moregoo

When you were sick did you take a break from smoking ? You could have lowered your tolerance to a stupidly low level

DJGammaRabbit

I took a 6 week break, had a freak out and then took a 5 month break. I really hope it’s just me being too bloody high, wrapped up in a panic attack which I do get. But then why am I okay smoking 24% kush cookies? Weird.

moregoo

As a lot of people are finding out as well as my self. The higher the Thc% does not always mean a better or stronger buzz. Canabis is ridiculously complex and I think that is why we can feel super stoned on a 10%thc strain vs a meh high off a 20% strain. I would get a dry herb vape if I were you as its leagues healthier, taste better, is easier to micro dose and you can reuse vaped weed to make edibles. The high is cleaner as well. I hope you are able to solve your issue and if you are intrested in dry herb vapes I'd check r/vaporents for some great info.

DonSalaam

Another thing to note is that THC levels stated on packaging aren't accurate. See below, "THC shopping is almost as bad and dumb as buying wine based on how cool the label looks (which is also how some people buy weed). Not only does THC content have nothing to do with how 'good' the weed is, as recent research conducted by the University of Colorado and published in JAMA Psychiatry found, THC content is also a poor indicator of potency." DJGammaRabbit

I have considered that it’s the *cleaner high* that I feel okay on, it seems like the lower quality buds have an adverse effect while the dense & sticky things are just fine. I’m definitely letting go “high thc”, it’s no longer correlated to potency but more so twinkly-eyes. Maybe I should go back to shatter and a vape pen.

moregoo

I'd highly recommend dry herb vaping verses carts.

mcburloak

CBD bud and build your own light salad with a THC strain you know you like?

realhoffman

2-3% CBD is normal 8% is real high. Now your real high

DonSalaam

My review of Mango Haze, The buds were moist and had a mango aroma. The taste and scent when smoking this strain had flavours and aromas that resembled pine and tree bark, not much mango vibes in the smoke itself. This is a good day-time smoke and inspires creativity and encourages activity. Try micro-dosing on one hit before a gym session with this strain. The potency is mild, making Mango Haze potentially ideal for anxiety.

Trick_Novel_81

Garbage product 👎

CapN-DaFt

Lol. Why you say that? I have the 6%/12% batch and it’s great.

Spocks-Nephew

Because they are sad and bitter humans.

CapN-DaFt

🤦‍♂️ Sad but True!

DJGammaRabbit

It’s far above garbage and I didn’t even enjoy smoking it.

Even on a single plant, THC levels vary wildly from bud to bud. The accuracy of THC levels in packaging is questionable. High THC doesn't mean better. Most sativas grown organically in the tropics are extremely mild and low THC, but are still highly sought after.
